If a show or event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify all ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the tour promoter or organiser. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event. We will also use reasonale endeavours to post details of a show or event cancellation on our social media pages.
Tickets are sold by The Hope Street Theatre as agent for the organisation responsible for the Event (the “Event Promoter”). Details of the identity of the Event Promoter are made available on the front of the ticket where possible, otherwise details are available upon request from the box office. © 2021 The Hope Street Theatre
