At Eternity's Gate

July, 1890.
Vincent Van Gogh, a troubled but brilliant artist, shoots himself. He passes away with his brother at his bedside. In the day that follows, Theo Van Gogh grapples with grief, guilt, and the unbearable loss of his brother and dearest friend.

Through Theo's perspective, we discover the man behind the paintings, and the people who helped him become one of the world's most beloved artists.

At Eternity’s Gate is a brand-new solo play that explores mental health, grief, familial love, and the sacrifices one must make for the betterment of others.

Run time: Approximately 60 minutes, with no interval.

Written by and featuring Joseph Winder.
Directed by Alex King.
